 I first entered the Austin Texas Real Estate Market in 1999 after a successful sales career in the wholesale products industry. My first year in business, I was named "Rookie of The Year" by my peers, for my production and willingness to meet the client's needs at all levels. I remained a top producing agent for an independent Coldwell Banker office yearly and quickly developed a reputation for excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail. Simply put, I closed deals other agents could not get done. I also represented several custom builders and became very familiar with construction techniques, timelines and costs analysis during that time. These skills proved to be a very good tool when negotiating on behalf of buying clients, in their purchases of new production built homes.
In late 2003 after several visits to The Woodlands area and at the invitation of Coldwell Banker United, our family relocated here to build a successful practice. As a member of the Corporate Relocation Team I have advised clients on many levels on making the right decisions for their family's housing needs. My philosophy remains " When the client comes first, success is sure to follow".
